Flex Data plan billing

Hello. I'm looking at my bill details and it says I used 900.82 MB of data. According to the  published flex data rates it shouldn't cost me more than 20CAD (that would be the price for 1GB, right?). However I am charged 25CAD ( for 900.82 MB. Could you please explain where those 5 extra dollars are coming from?

Ok, I've just called the customer service - the issue has been resolved.

Had a look at my previous bill - same thing. Used only 411.10 MB but was charged 25$ for that amount of data. Why?
