Hey @Bhagya_shree,
Welcome to our Community
The Setup Service Fee credit is applied to your monthly service fees by the second or third bill, so it's normal if you see it on your first invoice. Keep an eye on your 2 next bills, it should be applied there.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
I signed up a few days ago at the shop in Toronto, I was told that I would not have to pay the activation fees of 35 dollars, however I can still see it on my bill. what do I have to do to get it removed?
thanks!

Hi ,
When I made the mobile contract to fido, the sale rep said me "don't need to payment for register" , but in the first bill I had received setup service fee about 71$ ! I called and spoke by fido's sales Rep , and he said me " pay back after 3 months" . I paid it but now in the 4 th months I don't receive money for register and I'm waiting for pay back .
what exactly time for pay back this money?
tanx
Hey @sshabro,
I moved your post to this existing thread as it's on the same topic.
Since the credit wasn't applied on your 2nd or 3rd bill, I'll send you a PM here on the Community to take a closer look into it with you.
In the future you can always use these methods to contact us for account specific questions.
See you in PM!
