Hey guys,
Just after I updated my Samsung Galaxy S6, my fingerprint lock has had an error. Whenever I try to unlock my phone using my fingerprint it would say, "Fingerprint sensor not working try again later." I restarted my phone couple of times but the prompt still shows. I can't even add or remove the fingerprint security ive set up. As of now, I've just set up my pin code but I would like to utilize my fingerprint lock again. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
Lars
Hey @Lars,
Since this has been triggered after the update, I would suggest clearing your cache partition to begin with , then trying to reset your settings to see if it helps!
@Community, any suggestions ?
Thanks @Lars,
I would suggest backing up the phone and doing a factory reset to see it it helps. Test it out first before restoring it though!
