This is a big shout out and THANKs to Stephanie for helping me today after 6 weeks (literally!) of having to call in to get my usage mins because no other operator could figure out how to log me in. I heard every excuse in the book and of course, it will be fixed soon....6 weeks of that.
As a first time with contract [always been prepaid with other service providers] I was about ready to bolt, so finally some good service with Fido.
