Your subscription is associated with our partner Fido, please refer to Fido for questions regarding your subscription.
Took 3 attempts at Fido chat but finally just went to
1) On your smartphone go to Fidohub.ca to get Code.....
2) On the same Fidohub.ca page you will can enter the code and SUBMIT.
3) After that you will have the option to CANCEL right on the page on your smartphone.
Hope this helps...I wish I had known this earlier and hope it cancels the Spotify Premium.
