I quit my account from mid october. My account balance is way more than the only invoice that is left in my account. The support chat told my account balance is equal to the only invoice left, but its different for me. I am not willing to pay that for nothing. I dont know what to do since the support chat just disconnected after he wasnt able to help me. I dont ever wanna use the LiveChat again. There is no way to contact them via mail and I cant call Fido since I dont live in canada. Help is appreciated, thanks!

I can understand how it can be a surprising situation to receive an invoice higher than what you were expecting. Did you get a chance to download the PDF file version of your bill from My Account so you can review the billing details?
You can do this by: Logging into My Account > Clicking on Billing & Payments> View Bill > Save or Print Your Bill.
Can you take a look and let us know if it helps clear things up a little?
