I cancelled my account at Aug 11, and the circle start from Aug 5, only one week used.
But the online bill keeps ask me to pay a full monthly payment, $59
I called a representative and she told me that I don't need to pay this. There will be a new bill send to me in these days.
However, today i receive an email by Fido , it told me if i don't pay the bill immediately, it will affect my personal credit record.
Please give me an explanation.

Rest assured you'll receive a final invoice with the necessary adjustments if you cancelled the service after the bill was already created.
