Final Bill Refund

Hey,

I switched our from FIDO.

Received bill with negative balance.

Can you advice how and when to process the refund?

I'm sad to see you left us. 

 

If your final invoice shows a credit balance due to a prorated refund for your plan, a cheque should automatically be sent out to the address we have on file. 

 

This can take between 2 to 3 weeks from the time that the final invoice becomes available.
