My Fido phone connection was discontinued on 22nd Sep 2018 as I had relocated to India. Since I had already paid the bill till Oct 2018 cycle, I was updated by Fido customer care executive that I would be recieving a cheque of balance credit on address:.
I had requested the cheque to be sent to this address as my authorized friend will be depositing the cheque into my account.
Please share the status update.
