I had a a student account with spotify and I cancelled it through Fidohub.ca to sign-up again with my pulse plan. Unfortunately, something wrong is going on and I'm getting an error message saying 'We couldn't cancel your Spotify Premium Subscription'. Do I have to wait until the end of the months of my subscription ends? shouldn't it be automatic swithc?

As an existing Spotify Premium customer, you're sadly not eligible for the offer that comes included in the Pulse plans.
This is only available to new Spotify Premium activations.
