I am trying to change my number online but it's not working. I tried several times

I am changing with same area code for Vancouver but it's still not

Hey there!

 

Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me if you run into some sort of error message?

 

It's important to keep in mind that you cannot change your number to a different province, if the plan you're subscribed too is limited to your current province.

The phone number change should definitely work, as long as you have account holder access to Fido.ca.

 

Have you tried a different browser to see if it works?

I tried with chrome, internet explorer, microsoft edge and safari. It's not working for me. I am choosing a same area code. I have a valid account with good standing.
