So I agreed to order a phone from Fido via online chat. The representative DID NOT ask me for the color of my choice. 5 minutes after I hang up, I just remember about the color, so I online chat with another Fido representative. It took him awhile to dig up my order, and he said the BLACK LG G6 was ordered.
Lo and behold, I just got a shipping notice email shows that it will be a "LG G6 PLATINUM".
I'm really annoyed, I'll have to send it back and wait another week for them to send me to Black one?

Really sorry about the wrong color being sent to you, you'll have to send it back and we'll place a new order for you..
You can also send it back and then visit a Fido store if you want to have it faster.
