Fido sent me 2 sims card with no plan in it ? (Asked 4G promotion plan!)

I have received my sims yesterday but I still dont get my 2 sims with 4G new plan! This should be done by Nov 19th. I dont konw who I can trust.

I had to remove some of the images you posted since they included personal info.

I'm not too sure that I understand your question. Did you activate a new plan on November 19? Are the SIM cards not working in your phones?

well,thanks for reply. I have opened 2 sim cards for 4G promotion plan on NOV19 online, and I have been told that everything is done and no worry.
I received my sims last weekend but there is no 4G plan for this 2 sims.

  Welcome to the community!

  Just to be sure, have you activated your SIMs? I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes it's the little things we overlook   You can activate you SIMs via My Account --> Services --> Mobile --> Update SIM Card.
