So, after the mess up last month with my wife's phone, when the issue was finally sorted out (or so I thought), this evening, I received a massive bill from Fido!!! For $497!!! This after being told that my wife's phone will only cost $118 and my this month's bill would be $118+ my regular monthly usage for 2 phones ($113) - would have been approximately $231.
I have got stuck with a new contract for another 2 years to pay a price I did not commit to and for no fault of mine!!! Fido billing sucks!!! And no matter, what customer service says, they do not update the same when it comes to their billing.
If there's a grievance forum, this point can be raised, I am going to do it!!!
