Is it just me or the Fido live chat is having some problem? I'm waiting on the chat page for more than 2 hours and still no one is responding...
I'm trying to fix an issue on my account - the tech rep offered me the BYOP Loyalty plan last month but he applied the plan to the wrong phone number on my account. Now I need the plan on the right phone number and want the other phone number revert back to its original plan.
Someone please kindly advise. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. Sorry I didn't get your PM but it would be great if the correct 4GB loyalty plan will be assigned to my (226) number and revert (416) back to its pulse loyalty plan. Thanks!

Do you have an estimated timeline on this? I understand everyone wants the promo, but I personally also don't want my plan to be applied to the wrong phone number to incur unnecessary extra charges
