In December I was given the 10GB/$60 plan but was told that it would commence Jan. 13. However, it didn't. I called them and they said it would start in Feb. TWO operators TOLD me it would start Jan. 13 with no problem. One operator even told me that I didn't go over my data Dec-Jan. so I kept using it only to find out on my own that I had gone over. THREE LIES! And now I have to wait another month for the 10GB? After 9 years, this is what I get? Lies and then a bill where I'll be overcharged? Is there really no one there that could help me put? So frustrating!
