Iam new to the fido I got bill for first month around 328 dollars Iam a student they said u used extra calling I never received any notifications from fido app it was not my mistake I added a 10 Dollor pack in that month it was not showing my usage .when I call the fido they said we can give u 50 dollar discount it was very bad I was on 45 dollars pack the people who given me the sim never said incoming and out going call both will reduce in my 500 minute what should I do?
