I added a 1G data top-up several months ago, around May.
I have been trying to cancel the 1G Data Top-up several times through texting "CANCEL" to 222 and calling Fido customer service 2 times. However, the text message said I dont have a data top-up while I still don't see the top-up being removed even though both agents promised to do so. It is getting very frustrated.
