Fido created an account under my name without my consent. My daughter has tried closing this account for me several times and after being on hold for over 3 hours each time, they still deny closing this account. This is riddiculous not to mention it's fraud!

It's possible there was a misunderstanding. Had you initially accepted an offer to transfer your services back to Fido?

If your calls are recorded, please go back and listen to the win back offer. I never spoke to anyone. They spoke to my daughter and set up an account under my name without speaking to me or without my consent. It looks like all your win back team is after is sales.. they don't care about getting consent from the account holder prior to creating an account under their name or running a credit check.
