fido.ca is really bad and needs lot of improvement.

Many times the site doesn't work and also my account section is failure.

While I don't disagree with you, just saying "it doesn't work" is as useless as not saying anything. You have not given a single thing for anyone to look into.

 

"really bad and needs lot of improvement" is an opinion. What's bad? What improvements are needed?

 

"site doesn't work". It doesn't load at all? Some links don't do anything / don't do what you expect? Which ones? Error messages? Expected behavior?

 

"My account section is a failure" is, again, an opinion. In what way is it a failure? What should it be doing?
