Fido.ca my account email adress cannot be modify by the User !

how do i change my adress without leaving a contact number. i get harassed enough by text and telemarkers on your payroll and refuse to leave my home number because i get harrassed enough. after 3 times adviseing to stop contacting me. i get called more often. i get called by 1-877-866-9930 up to 3 times an hour or every 4 hours. I am on prepaid because of poor credit. so obviously I am not interested in your monthly plans. i get offers for things you refuse to give me. makes fido look a little retard , dont you think?

I leave my contact number as a non existent 555-555-5555.  I only have a Fido number and the contact form does not allow a Fido number to be used.  I asked why I could not use my Fido number and was told "in case we need to get a hold of you in emergency".  LMAO at that excuse when I leave a non existent phone number.how will they get a hold of me in emergency? 

As well I emailed Fido and asked to be permantly removed from all solicitation from either Fido or 3rd party calling on behalf of Fido.  I have had success so far with that request.  Give it a try as the 3rd party service sellers can be quite rude as the one guy was questioning why I didn't want "free" voicemail he was offering.

i had same issue as u, i changed my address by phoning into the call centre and they did it for me without adding a contact number.
