Fido.ca force to create new login with email address??
I was able to login with my Fido # and password but since last week unable to login . when i called 611 CSR ask me to create new login with use of email address. so i did and i can access my account profile. but i lost my community access and from now i am new member in fido community as i lost access to login with Fido phone # and password.
Have you tried resetting the password after deleting cookies and clearing cache?
Otherwise I would suggest testing a different browser all together.
When you open the link we send you, you should be able to select a new password.
i tired different computer and different browser like IE an chrome same issue. unable to reset my passwordk for cell number login and only way to create new login with email.
how can i get beck my old login access with phone number and password? i dont want to loss all my community post.

Once you change your username to the email address, you can't go back to the phone number.
You should be able to reset your password just fine.
