Hi All,
I have received bill of $1060.
I took 60$ plan on the suggestion of Fido store person but they didn’t informed me about 500 minutes limit on that.
The limit was crossed and I am charged for incoming and outgoing.
Even I took extra 1000 long distance minutes, which doesn’t cover local calls. No one told me this too. Just they suggested me to go for extra minutes. The 500 minutes from that is still unused.
I just believed and opted for the plans and top-ups suggested by the Fido Store person.
I am highly disappointed by the services and the explanation of terms and conditions to new people specially those who are new to country.
Please suggest me any solutions or suggestions if anyone has regarding this issue.
