Fido app won't keep me logged in!

As the subject stated, the Fido app won't keep me logged in. I have made sure that the option of "keep me logged in" is selected. But it's such a hassle to have to keep re-entering my phone number to see my usage over and over. Is this a bug? This didn't use to happen before. I'm currently using iPhone 6s with iOS 9.0.2

Does this happen when you're both on WiFi or mobile data? And when exactly did this start? Was an update done? Would you also be able to confirm which carrier version your phone is on?

The app only allows me to use it only when I'm on my LTE network, so no, I wasn't on WiFi.

 

I can't remember exactly when this started, but definitely noticed it when I got my new iPhone 6s. Both iOS and the app is updated, but the problem still exist. 

 

And I'm on Fido carrier.

Can you try to force close the app and open it again to see if this resolves this issue? Also, have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app?
