Fido account number changed then I lost Spotify premium.

I'm running into the same issue as other people here. Fido texted me saying there was some billing issue, then later texted me saying it was fixed and given a new account number. I followed the steps to re-activating my Spotify account but then the message came up saying that the account was already associated with a phone number. I have the same number but for some reason FidoHub doesn't allow me to add premium to my existing account.
