Fido Web My Account Not Working!

I can not access to my fido internet account, I already create one but everytime that I try to sign in it ask me to confirm my email address and send me a link throught my E mail account but this link redirect me to the same page to login again and the system ask me to confirm my E mail again. some body can help me?

You should be able to get access to your account online just fine.


That doesn't sound right. I'm sending you a PM to get this looked into.
