So fido doesnt carry the sony experia z3 i wanted, the fido rep on the phone conviced me that the htc one m8 would be an equivalent phone for my needs and conned me into another two year contract. I have had nothing but problems with this phone and it doesnt come close to fitting my needs. I have spoken to many different fido representatives and every time my only option for a different phone was to buy out this new contract i had started and then start another plus pay more for a different phone. i cant wait until i have enough money to buy out this contract so i can go to rogers and get the phone i want with customer service actually willing to find solutions and help me with my problem rather than just telling me there is nothing they can do for me other than offer me to buy out my contract. **bleep** services from a **bleep** company, absolutely disappointed.
