Am I the only one? Or is everyone else receiving their Fido statements after long delays? My billing cycle's on the 15th and my statements were being issued on the 23rd (for 8 or 9 years), a usefully short period allowing me to feel in touch with my Fido activity. Now, it's become the 28th (they feel like ancient history after such a long delay). 😞 And I'm not seeing Fido Chat offered anymore (maybe I'm just not looking in the right place(s)?).
They recently changed their billing platform. Same issues with Rogers & Fido.
Apprenlty if the bill is not released in time the due date gets changed or two bills will be sent out at once.
This is totally silly you would think a multi million company would be able to better charge customers in a timely fashion. This is a care rep told me. nothing can be done.Vision 21 sucks too lol
