Fido Site Won't Allow Address Update

Hi,

The fido website doesn't allow me to enter my new home address. 

I live in a new building with a new postal code and the site seems to only accept addresses that it already knows. The site either a) modifies my address to save or b)Keeps saying "Please enter your address..."

How do I update my address online?

It's possible that the website doesn't recognize your address since it's a new building.
