Anyone having a problem with reserving the iphone online? For some reason I can't find the button to reserve the phone. I've looked over the whole website and my account, but still can't find it.
Is the button available yet? There may be many factors that have prevented you from having the option available. For example, if you have reported a lost or stolen device and added the restrictions for that, it would be the the reason you can not reserve. Sorry for that however you will need to call to have it removed.

Although this thread is quite old, I'd like to add a little update since I came across it. What FidoFrank said is accurate, but I also wanted to add that if the account is suspended, the button won't work either.
