Fido Representative gave wrong Unlock Code. Twice. What to do next?

We have one LG G4 and one LG G3. We are absolutely sure that we've got the IMEI codes correct when asking for the unlock codes.

Called Fido for the unlock codes for both phone. The Fido representative texted us the codes for both.

Tried the code for the G3. Wrong code. Now we've got 2 tries remaining before the phone gets entirely locked.

Called Fido again. This second representative said the first representative got the codes wrong, and asked us to use the unlock code originally meant for the G4, but use it on the G3.

Wrong code again. Now we've got 1 try left for the G3.

We don't dare to use the code on the G4 ... that's our current phone and we can't risk it. The two Fido representatives have lost our trust.

Second Fido representative asked us to go to a store and have the store representatives try to unlock it.

 

What options do we have now?

That's definitely a little odd, and we'd have to check out your account in order to get you the correct unlock codes for those devices.
