Fido Pulse Plans

I recently signed up for a new plan and with it I purchased a new phone. The plan I signed up for was a Fido Pulse Plan with 2GB of data with unlimited talk and text for $75/mo, by upgrading my phone. Every step of the process of purchasing this plan and phone I was told by the website that my plan was a Pulse plan, and now that I’m looking to use the perks of my Pulse plan, I’m being told by Fido that I have a regular large data, talk and text plan. Why am I not set to having a Pulse plan when that is what I was told I was paying for?
