I got an offer from fido, I got an email and the offer showing on my account page. There as an error when i try to change the plan so it tells me to call in. I call in or go on live and about 5 reps said the plan doesn't exist especially when I just received an email yesterday detailing the plan. The client service reps are no help at all, What is happening?
