Fido Myaccount -blackberry z30 - dont show data usage up to date.
on computer : www.fido.ca - view usage - also show me same as myaccount application.
i was checking my data since last 5 days and there is no change at all.
i can track my minuts but data not update. its showing my few kb since last 4-5 days.
For last month until last date it was showing me I used 92kb only but when I received invoice its show me different figure then what I track from my account. Result attached.
Sir how can actual invoice and myaccount data have that much different?
It doesn't cost me because of I not cross limit but as a user what can I trust my account usage or wait for final bill?
I request you to fix those type issue. I do t want any Fido user have bad impression. Fido is a best company and best customer support. I know you will fix this issue.
