Fido MyAccount App not functioning properly

I an using a Samsung S5, have had MyAccount App since day 1 with no problems. Recently when I attempt to activate the App, I only get a blank screen with the App header and menu button. I try the menu button sign in and still remains blank with only the sign in button in the menu with nothing else. Would like to have access to my account info, why does this not work? Thx

We're currently experiencing difficulties with our mobile app; our support groups are investigating the issue.

 

Are you able to log into Fido.ca instead?

For the App, you can also try uninstalling and downloading it again!

Who releases an app w/ issues like this ? I have had the same problem for several months. And when I used the Contact Us form on their out-of-date website I was emailed and told to call or use Facebook or Twitter for customer support. Is Fido going out of business ?
