Hello guys, I have recently joined Fido. I am enjoying it so far but Im trying to find out how to talk to a customer representative online, I went to my Account but I could not find a link for it. A step for step guide would be great Thanks!

Did you know you can now make a plan change on Fido.ca > My account > Services > Mobile > Change plan?

You can contact us by going Fido.ca > My account > Billing and Payments > Connect to live chat at the bottom of the page.
You can also click on the Contact Us > Fido Live Chat section at the bottom of the page. Click here to get a direct link to it. Hope this helps!
What happened to Fido Live Chat? I have been waiting for half hour. All the got is a blank page with the following message.

What is going on with Fido lately?
I am a monthly fido customer, but I hate the new design, I couldn't find anything easily, like Live chat. There is no button on my profile. I have to click "Contact Us" at the bottom which redirects me to "My Account", but there is NO button out there!

Sorry to hear you don't like the new design. But I wouldn't worry too much about that. We're still working on improving it and eventually everyone will love it ; )
As for reaching the live chat, just click on Contact us - Mobile - Live chat.
