Fido Internet Availability

I'm interested in getting the Fido Internet in my new place next month. I checked the availability based on the address, and it said that there seems to be a problem.

 

However, when I put in the address for the place on my left, the place on my right, or other houses in my area, it always said that Fido Internet is available. 

 

Is there anything wrong for my (future) place that it seems to be the only one having problem for Fido Internet in the area? Was anyone in the same situation?

Thanks for your interest in our Internet solution! 

Is the building where you are moving-in a new construction? That might explain why you get an error message when checking availability.

Hi FidoManuel,

It is actually not the case. It is a townhouse, so it is built at the same time as the units beside me, which is around 10 years ago.

Is there other possibility that would get an error when check availability?
