Fido Home Phone $5/month not discounted properly, actually charged $10.37

Hello.

I recently ordered a new home phone line. It arrived, and is set up and working great, although rarely used....

 

I signed up for the $5 / month promo plan, back in January, but the unit did not arrive for several weeks.

My first bill has just come in, and the discount was not properly applied to bring the $18/m down to $5/m, or Im missing something..

 

Please advise
