Fido Home Internet Modem Rebooting

Hi

i've set up my fido home internet a couple of days ago and for some reason, out of the blue, the modem reboots itself for no reason, which requires me to set up my internet again.

I was thinking if it could be due to an overload or something or i was over my internet limit?

with that said is there even a way to monitor home internet usage?

Hey @ericchg

You should be able to monitor your unbilled usage for you Internet service through My Account. 

Can you try unplugging the modem for a few moments and hooking it back up?
