I have been a client since 2005. I have 3 phones with Fido. I called yesterday only to get a run around. I am upset of Fido's decision to stop honoring Fido dollars, They extended the dealine to 14 June 2016 and I called early morning 15 June. Fido wouldn't not give me time of day. I wanted to renew a two year plan and upgrade my phone. I lost over $230.00 of earned dollars. That means i paid thousands in phone bills. Fido, you do not know one thing about customer fidelity or retention. Fido is now a Big Zero. Bell here I come.
