My account says i have $41.64 Fido dollars. When i called to redeem it for a travel pack, i was told i only have $39.73 so I cannot redeem a $40 Travel Pack. Apparently, it was some system glitch due to a change of plans. Whatever it is, after several calls the glitch is still there and my account as of now is still showing that I have $41.64 Fido Dollars. I called to say that Fido should honour the glitch and offer me what is showing. I have stuck around with Fido for coming to 2 yrs and they won't even accede to my request to offer me a few more cents of Fido dollars to make up the $40 I need for the US Travel pack. Makes me think if I should make a switch to another carrier.
