Fido Dollars

I am using Fido prepaid service for more than ten years and I have $3.20 FidoDollars as of today, 1/30/2016. Unfortunately I am not allowed to redeem. Any solution?

Unfortunately you cannot redeem your FidoDollars at this time as you are signed up to the Instant Airtime service. As soon  as you earn 5 FidiDollars, the instant Airtime service will automatically redeem them for $5 airtime.

p.s. Called customer service 3 times and wait for long time but no answer. I understand they must be busy answering phone calls.
