Hello there,

I wanted to redeem my fido dollars tonight to get a new Iphone 6s case and I am not exactly sure how it works. At the checkout I don't have any options to redeem except by actually paying with my credit card?? Do I have to call fido and order it that way or is there online options? Thank you

I had the same problem, there seems to be no option to do it online so I ended up calling a real person.
