Fido Data overusage

Hi I got a text from fido on Oct 21 that I had $30 data over usage. My billing period starts on the 7th each month and I did not browse much using the mobile data, especially after I changed me job on Oct. 1 while I'm not allowed to browsing during the working hours and I use WiFi at home.  I have $35 plan with 1.1Gb data. I absolutely did not use that much data. Also the data meter on my fido app does not refresh either. Also indicates there is 1.00Gb remaining. Please check for me... This is weird...

It's definitely possible that a lot of data can be used in a short amount of time.

 

It all depends on how the phone is used. We have a blog on our Community that gives you instructions on how to stay on top of your data usage here.
