Those charges do not come from Fido. They look like bank charges (see here). Is your bank BMO, by chance?
More specifically, the NS refers to cheque returned because of non-sufficient funds (see here). It corresponds to BMO's charge for Items returned non-sufficient funds ($48; see here, under Cheque fees).
You might consider verifying the funds available in your bank accounts. Also note that if you're using pre-authorised payment, sufficient funds need to be in the account when payment is made.
You'll have to contact your bank to see if they can reverse the charges.

Something else came to mind... You also need to verify Fido has received payment. It's possible that you may also have been charged a returned payment or cheque charge (see here). On top of that, you may incur a late payment charge of 2% per month (see Terms & Conditions). You can verify your current charges via My Account.
