So today, I've been waiting for the fido live chat for almost 6 hours before getting a "response." After almost 6 hours, I got a response and at that moment, I was in the washroom. 1 minute after the response, he ended the session. When I came back to check, he was already gone. What the heck. I waited almost 6 hours for a live chat help session and this is what happens? I get that you guys may be busy but atleast give people 5 minutes to respond because this is unacceptable. This is really infuriating... Can a Fido representative respond to this and please tell me that I don't have to wait 6 more hours for a response in live chat.

We completely agree with you, that is unacceptable. I've forwarded this to the concerned team and this will be addressed. I'm really sorry you had to experience that.

I wanted to ask if I could change my plan because there was an offer that was only available yesterday. I'm afraid that it's too late and I'm quite annoyed at it because I didn't have another time to do this. Been with Fido for over 5 years and this is the first time I've been so annoyed. Thank you for your response.
