Fido App on iPhone is broken...

Firstly I cannot say if this holds true for other device but the iPhone version of Fido's App is just terrible.
Can nolonger easily view ones current "estimated usage" ie Data usage, Datetime minutes etc… there's to tab for it, nothing.
I wanted to have a quick look at my usage while I was on the go the other day and for the life of me could find this info ANYWHERE. Ended up having to go to Fido Website. What's the point of having an App if I end up on your website anyways??
It's like you want me to go over my limits by with holding this info.
Speak of which what ever happened to getting a reminder text when one was getting close to their allocated limit?
🤔 Oh I C what's going on here…

Hi @2F4C3!

 

What exactly do you see when you open the app? The first thing you should see is My Usage, where you can select Data to view your usage.

 

Another option to get your usage is to dial *3337 from your phone.

Hey @2F4C3,

In order to view your unbilled usage, you'll have to click on the 3 lines at the top left corner of the page.

Then you need to select "Services" and "Wireless".

I just tried it on my iPhone and it worked.
