After spending 2:15hrs on hold was able to change to 10GB plan on Monday,
Guess what, today I found out they removed ALL features that were not part of the plan AND I no longer have voicemail (which supposed to be included in 10GB plan)
It is not a question of not having the number stored, even when you call the service and eneter your number you're told your number not valid.
You can't add features online, the app doesn't let you, automated phone serivce only gives you $7 a month option and we all know what happenes when you call.
I am so mad I am seriously considering taking all my 3 lines and leaving after being with FIDO since 1999.
