I have already called in advance back in late April to put a 4 month suspension on my account since I’d be away from Canada.
I still receive a normal bill on my account which the service person once told me it would occur back in April.
But now, I receive a mail claiming I would get permanent suspension on my phone due to late payment.
I believe there is something wrong with this whole situation.
Please do not tell me to phone for support. I am away from Canada!!
