hi there,

a few moths ago  I talk to rep who called James on live chat.  and he give me a 40 dollars BYOP plan which is all unlimited with 3G plan. I agree update the plan. but today I check my plan, I didn't get 40 dollar BYOP plan untill now. that s not very happy for me.  plz give me a reason why u guys play me around or cheat me.

So sorry for the delay.

 

I'm not sure I understand what happened exactly. Are you saying that you requested to change your plan several months ago but it only took effect now? Note that most plan changes are set to take effect on the next billing cycle start date. Could that be the case?
